Individual sessions

For anyone who wishes to begin a process of personal development and/or wants to work on a specific topic; such as grief, anxiety, self-esteem, identity crises, a change of life or a new diagnosis

The therapist can come to you , preferably in Oarsoaldea and surrounding areas

​

Sessions are 1 or 2 hours long

Ishbara Workshops

Workshops in Oiartzun where we create a space of self-exploration and personal expression, non-judgemental, in full presence and love, using our body and imagination

For groups of people with a common goal, diagnosis, issue or experience

Also a possibility to work on interpersonal dynamics in teams or groups who work, play sport or take part in leisure activities together

Sessions will be between 1 and 2 hours long
